3 bedroom apartment with shared swimming pool located in Recco; a little city near the sea and 4 km from Genoa Nervi.

The apartment is within large detatched villa made up this apartment and one other, so you will be sharing the swimmimg pool and gardens.

The villa is beautifully surrounded by a forest of oaks and olives trees. It is situated in approximately 3000mq of secluded gardens. The swimming pool is a great addition to the villa and the surroundings will certainly make for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, we especially recommend the villa for families.

Within the apartment there are 3 bedrooms all with private bathrooms complete with shower and one also with idromassaggio Jacuzzi. The first room has a double bed and a single bed. The second room has a double bed.
The third room has two single beds in the castle and a single bed. In the living room there is : a double sofa bed, two sofa single beds, two single bed and bathroom complete of shower.

Equipped Terrace of approximately 100 mq with table, chairs and approached the swimming pool.

Recco is called the gastronomic capital of Liguria.
Famous is the "Focaccia al Formaggio" , "Troffie al Pesto", "Pansotti con la salsa di noci".

For those who like to walk the beach is a 20-minute walk.
By car it takes 10 minutes.
There is also a small bus that has stopped outside the gate of the villa.
In the vicinity of Recco there are Rapallo (4km), Santa Margherita (4km), Camogli (km 1), Genova Nervi (km. 4), Genoa Center (km 15).
The connections with buses and trains are frequent and comfortable.
There is also a taxi service.

The house is in Recco, which is a nice little town near Genoa (the Centre of Genoa at 15 km with Roman road Aurelia and at 10 min. by highway, whose exit or entrance is at 800 m. far from the property.). You can reach Portofino in a few minutes, and the same for S. Margherita, Rapallo and Chiavari. One hour to arrive at Cinque Terre, one hour and a half to Florence and Chianti. One hour and a half to Milan . One hour and a half Nice, Cannes, Monte Carlo.

A bus line departs from Recco to Genoa every 30 minutes.
A mini bus brings you up and down from Recco to the property 5 times a day.
In Recco there is also a railway station for all destinations.

Recco is the motherland of focaccia with cheese.

Recco is known as Liguria's gastronomic capital, and its more than thirty restaurants are already a good tourist attraction, but not the only one.
